My Renderings

Many of my classmates from St Agnes School here in Arlington will recall that as far back as fourth grade, I was often caught drawing houses at my desk vs. listening to Sister Mary Sharon Rose’s lecture. I point this out to parents given that in my case this "hobby" was a harbinger of what career path I ultimately chose. Still today, I have a cigar box full of these early drawings.

Years later I made a rendering of an upcoming listing. Unbeknownst to me, my assistant and nephew, Jonathan, submitted it for use in an advertisement for the property. I received a lot of interest in the property from prospective buyers— specifically mentioning this advertisement—and decided to continue, when possible, the renderings. I find the renderings tend to pop out amongst a sea of property photos.   Here are a few favorites, featuring some of my listings.
