Throughout my career in real estate, I have always helped clients to get their asking price - 100% of the time. Often homeowners will have an inflated idea as to the value of their home. ("We all do!") Often they will hire the Realtor whom buys into this flawed possibly misguided perception—unfortunately a common occurrence in the real estate industry. Overpricing only serves to rob that homeowner of tens, possibly hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Pricing homes and staging go hand-in-hand. My skills in staging can make up the difference between a home’s market value and what the seller thinks their home is worth. Staging includes everything from bringing in the right furniture to complement your home— to painting, lawn work, driveway improvements and more. After completing a thorough room by room home evaluation, I do whatever is needed to showcase your property in the best light, ensuring it sells quickly. I can't help it - it's in my DNA to do whatever it takes, no matter how hard the work, and I love what I do. Even more, I don't think you should have to pay extra to receive this service - it's part of the value I bring and I encourage you to avoid paying the tens of thousands of dollars’ others charge for comparable services (often up to $60k).
