The Realtors’ Roundtable is an organization comprised of select local Realtors. The top local firms are represented in this elite collection of agents. Member from RE/MAX, Coldwell Banker, Long and Foster, Weichert, McEnearney Associates, TTR, Washington Properties, Brock Realty and American Realty Group make up this unique panel. The Roundtable was designed to better serve YOU, the Client. Whether buying or selling, The Realtors’ Roundtable provides you an additional edge in the Northern Virginia marketplace.

We meet regularly to exchange information about upcoming listings, unique marketing strategies, buyer profiles, and to arrange advanced previews of each other’s listings. The Roundtable assists Seller Clients through previewing, sharing objective feedback, and promoting each other’s listings. The Seller benefits greatly in that we return to our respective offices to share and promote Roundtable listings. Our networking can be just the edge you need to sell your home!

The Roundtable assists Buyer Clients with advance notice of hot new listings before they reach the Brite Real Estate Database (formerly known as MRIS). This head start gives the Buyer the competitive advantage in today’s crowded marketplace.
